Content is good. Connection through content is even better. Jesus did more than teach sermons, parables, or insightful content. He connected with his students as he taught. This enabled his teaching and content to be delivered with great authority and power. Our classes and teachers at Garden College follow this model both on campus and online. While we highly value good content, connecting with our students around the content is our primary goal in the classroom.

Garden College offers a unique blend of classes and courses. All our content is biblically based and gathers around Scripture. Other classes are designed to foster emotional healing, training in how to make disciples, as well as how to grow a discipleship culture within the marketplace. One of our most well-known courses is the Story Class. This is a year-long class of discovering the bible as a story and where you fit in the narrative. It is a game changer.

Besides coaching groups and the classroom, Garden College grows leaders through its vibrant community. Outreach, field trips, dinners, and fun are part of our discipleship culture on a regular basis. In addition, our school has students from different cultural, social, and generational backgrounds which makes the community aspect that much more rewarding.

Garden College is also integrated with our local church, The Garden Greenville. Many of our students are part of home groups within our local expression. This provides students with a sense of what family on mission is intended to look like. It is both inviting and challenging at the same time. The community at Garden College prepares you personally and missionally.
